Q. How do I add items to my shopping basket?
A. Use the Add To Cart button for each item you'd like to purchase.
Q. I've added something to my shopping cart, how do I return to the shop page?
A. Use the back button in your browser.
Q. Can I add multiple items to my shopping cart?
A. No, unfortunately it's a restriction of the current system. We're looking into more flexible alternatives.
Q. How do I buy more than one item of the same kind?
A. Unfortunately it's not possible to buy multiple items with the current system. We're looking into more flexible alternatives.
Q. Do I need a Nochex account to shop with BCAB?
A. No, you can make payments with a debit or credit card, as well as via a Nochex account.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. We aim to send your goods out within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. If you have not heard from us within a fortnight, please email bcab@bcab.org.uk for assistance.
