Q. Do I need a PayPal account to buy things from BCAB?
A. No. Although we use PayPal, you don't need a PayPal account to make your purchases.
Q. If I don't have a PayPal account, how do I pay instead?
A. You still use the PayPal shopping cart, but you pay with your credit or debit card. Follow the instructions given later in this FAQ.
Q. How do I add an item to my shopping basket?
A. Choose the item you would like, then use the "Add to basket" button. You'll be taken to your shopping basket on the PayPal website.
Q. How do I add another item to my shopping basket?
A. Use the "Continue shopping" button to return to the BCAB website. You can then add another item to your basket.
Q. I'm on my shopping basket page, how do I get to the checkout?
A. Use the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Q. How do I pay with my credit or debit card?
A. From your shopping basket page, follow these steps:
- Use the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- On the next page, use the "Continue" button at the top.
- On the next page, find the "Enter your billing information" heading.
- Complete the form below the heading, then use the "Review and continue" button.
- On the next page, review your order carefully.
- If everything is ok, use the "Pay now" button to complete your purchase.
Q. I've completed my purchase, what happens next?
A. You'll receive an email to confirm your purchase. If your items can be posted, you can expect to receive it within the next 7 to 14 days.
Q. My items haven't turned up after two weeks, what should I do?
A. Please email us at info@bcab.org.uk and let us know. If you can include your order details, that will help us track down your items.
