Get To Grips With... Course Information
Course Notes
Each course comes with a detailed set of step by step notes. These notes guide the user through different tasks on a computer, for example sending an email, searching the Internet or writing a letter. As well as explaining which keystrokes are needed to accomplish each task, the notes indicate how the screen reader will respond to what's happening. Note: Keyboard commands for laptop users are not included.
Course CD
Each course is accompanied by a CD that includes all the materials necessary for studying the lessons. The course notes are supplied in Word format, as well as a DAISY book. The Get To Grips... With The Internet course is also accompanied by a website that helps to illustrate many of the topics.
Each course CD uses a simple installation process to copy the course materials to your computer. Shortcuts are provided to give easy access to course materials. A simple uninstall option is also provided, so that course materials can easily be removed from your computer.
