The BCAB technology help line is open on the first Thursday of every month, between 7.30pm and 9pm. Each month, an experienced BCAB member is available to answer your computer, tablet and mobile questions.
When you join the call, there may be other people chatting already. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal. Just wait for a pause in the conversation and say hello.
