EyeT4All is a BCAB initiative to encourage blind and partially sighted people to try technology for the first time.
EyeT4All days were delivered by experienced BCAB trainers. A group of blind and partially sighted people had the opportunity to try simple and effective technology, and to complete everyday tasks like writing a shopping list, sending an email, or listening to internet radio.
More than 160 EyeT4All days were delivered (at no cost) to societies for blind and partially sighted people throughout the UK.
EyeT4All received a "highly commended" mention at the Nominet Internet Awards in 2010. EyeT4All was praised for encouraging blind and partially sighted people to take their first steps with technology.
