Zoom is the built-in screen magnifier that comes with Mac OSX computers. It enlarges everything on-screen, and enhances it so it's easier to see.
Zoom was introduced in Mac OSX 10.4 (Tiger) and it's available in all later versions of Mac OSX. It supports many popular applications including the Open Office suite, Apple Email, and the Safari browser.
Zoom has up to 20x magnification. It can magnify the whole screen, or allow you to see part of the screen magnified in a separate window.
